WORKOUT #1
FULL BODY BURN I
Equipment: adidas Fitness Mat, Ab Roller, Push-Up Bars / Format: 45 seconds rest between each set
Exercise 1: Supernated Push-Ups (3x 10 - 15 reps) - Exercise 2: L-Sits (5x 5-10 second hold) - Exercise 3: Fast Feet to Narrow Push-Up (3 x 45 seconds) - Exercise 4: Ab Rollout (3 x 10 reps) - Exercise 5: Squat Jumps (3 x 45 seconds)
Up the challenge - To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or reduce rest time. Work to a frame work of resting for 45 seconds between each set of each exercise. Aim to complete all five exercises as listed above.

Equipment: adidas Fitness Mat, adidas Skipping Rope / Format: Perform 3 - 4 rounds with 90 seconds rest between
Exercise 1: Rock to Bridge (40 seconds) - Exercise 2: Forward to Roll to Press-Up (10 reps) - Exercise 3: Blast-Off to Tricep Press (10 reps) - Exercise 4: Skipping (40 seconds) - Exercise 5: Kick-Through to Press-Ups (5 reps on each side)
Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per exercise or even reduce your rest time. Work through all five exercises before resting for 90 seconds. Complete 3 - 4 rounds and push for a fifth for an elite level challenge.
