BROOKE ELLISTON

Northern NSW based yogi, Brooke Elliston, has a dedicated practice and has studied extensively with renowned teachers in the East and West. Learning from incredible teachers and mentors including Noelle Connolly, Meghan Currie, Maty Ezraty and Gwyn Williams, Brooke brings together breath and movement to create an all encompassing yoga practice. From these learnings, Brooke has been facilitating yoga inspired training workshops and classes around the world for the last 7 years via her online studio as well as hosting in person retreats to pass on her knowledge to others looking to slow down, connect and uplift.

YOGA INSPIRED HANDSTAND STRENGTH USING BLOCKS

Equipment: adidas Premium Yoga Mat, 2x adidas Eco Yoga Blocks / Format: Mat Work

Exercise 1: Pike Hop (Place block between shins) - Exercise 2: Stag Handstand (Place block between thigh and belly) - Exercise 3: Press from Standing Splits (Place block under one foot) - Exercise 4: Tuck Hop (Place block between thighs) - Exercise 5: Wide Legged Press (Place a block under each foot) - Exercise 6: Handstand (Place a block under each hand)
