WORKOUT #1

BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT

Equipment: adidas Resistance Bands, Mat and Ab Roller / Format: Body Weight

Exercise 1: Banded Squats (3 x 10 reps) - Exercise 2: Ab Rollouts (3 x 10 reps) - Exercise 3: Mountain Climbers (3 x 10 reps)

Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per set of each exercise or reduce rest time. Complete three sets of each exercise before resting for two minutes. Move on to the next exercise and repeat for an effective body weight workout.

GLUTES AND STRETCHING

Equipment: adidas Fitness Mat and Ankle Weights

Exercise 1: Good Mornings (3 x 5 reps) - Exercise 2: Lunge Stretches (3 x 5 reps) - Exercise 3: Variable Leg Lifts (3 x 10 reps on each leg) - Exercise 4: Upward Facing Dog (3 x 5 reps)

Up the challenge: To further ramp up the challenge, perform more reps per set of each exercise or even reduce your rest time. Complete three sets of each exercise before resting for two minutes. Move on to the next exercise and repeat for an effective body weight workout.
