Delivery is usually within 4 working days. Depending on your location and the time your order is placed, you may receive your purchase sooner than that. We require a residential address for delivery as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We do not deliver outside of Australia.

We are shipping orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

At adidas Hardware it is our intention to provide the highest quality equipment, fast shipping and 100% satisfaction to our customers.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of the equipment, or the level of service that you were provided, you should contact us immediately.

Please email to inform us of the problem, outline the specific concern that you have and how you feel it is best rectified. We suggest that you include photos of the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We will review the situation and respond to you within 24hrs (business hours Monday to Friday).
